
Matthew Brennan is a Tax Principal and has had experience servicing businesses in the manufacturing, service, retail, technology, and entertainment industries since he became a CPA in 1995. He assists clients in implementing tax minimization strategies, negotiating buy sell transactions, tax compliance matters, FAS 109, other tax accounting issues and representation before the Internal Revenue Service and various state taxing authorities. His expertise includes C corporation, S corporations, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, and individual tax planning. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Tax Consulting Manager in the New England tax practice of Ernst & Young. He is a resident of Coventry, Rhode Island.
